IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR:

1. SCHOOL DAY START TIME: 8:00 AM (Please get a tardy pass from the front office if you arrive after 8:00)

2. SCHOOL DAY END TIMES: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays = 2:15 PM; Wednesdays = 1:15 PM

3. AFTER SCHOOL PICKUP PROCESS: (see information on next section below)

4. ALL visitors must check in at the front office BEFORE going onto campus, as to ensure the safety of our students and staff. 

5. Please pick up your student by 2:30 PM (1:30 PM on Wednesdays)

6. If your child is in the A+ program, please pull all the way up to the left end of the office to park your car and sign out your child with an A+ leader.

This message is in regards to our after school pick up procedures.

Our goal is to get all students into their vehicles by 2:30 p.m. (1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays); therefore, we truly appreciate your support and assistance with the following: 

• If your child is in A+ and is being picked up before 2:30 (1:30 on Wednesdays), please communicate with your child and their teacher to be released with the Vehicle Pick-Up group since students reporting to A+ need to be signed out by a parent on their clipboard.

• Active Loading:  Please pull all the way forward if there is any space in front of your vehicle to allow as many students to safely load into their cars at the same time.

• Please pick up your child by 2:30 (1:30 on Wednesdays). All children not picked up by 2:30 will wait in front of the office.

• Please have the child's placard on dashboard on the driver's side.
